We’re a very new charity, and without funding at the moment, we’re unable to offer support lines, support groups or treatment funding yet.
The charity is run entirely by volunteers, so although we’ll get back to your email, it may take a little while.
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, you should call 999.
If you need someone to talk to, you can call The Samaritans on 116 123, or the national PTSD helpline (run by PTSD Action) on 01282 787 172. You can find local help here.
If you think you may have PTSD, it’s best to speak to your GP who can refer you for treatment, but we hope that the articles on our site are a help in the meantime.
